Speaking ahead of the debate in the Scottish Parliament on Dundee’s bid for City of Culture in 2017. Liz Smith, Scottish Conservative MSP for Mid Scotland & Fife said: “Dundee has made an incredible journey from the city of Jute, Jam and Journalism to the city of Culture, Medical Science and Technical Innovation.
