Cllr Ann Cowan and Scottish Conservative and Unionist Candidate for Ochil and South Perthshire, Luke Graham, last week met with locals involved in the BID project in Crieff.
Commenting following the visit, Luke Graham said,
"It was a real pleasure for me to meet both Stephen Leckie and Jean Ann Scott Miller when, along with Cllr Ann Cowan, I visited Crieff Hydro to receive a full briefing on the progress for BID.
BID is a very exciting prospect for Crieff and it is testament to the hard work undertaken by so many local business men and women.
Everyone knows that Crieff has the potential to be a thriving town as well as an important tourist destination, but people also recognise that businesses need more support when it comes to generating a more vibrant trading environment.
BID projects across Scotland have been very successful and I am sure everyone has high hopes for the same success here in Crieff."
