Carse of Gowrie Councillor, Angus Forbes, has been reselected to stand in the council elections on 5 May this year. Angus was first elected in 2017.
Commenting on his re-selection Angus said,
"I am delighted to be selected to stand again for the Carse of Gowrie ward. Over the past five years the Scottish Conservatives on Perth and Kinross Council have delivered so much for Carse and the wider Perth and Kinross area and there is still more to do. We have delivered a brand new school for Longforgan and committed £4.2 million so that Invergowrie children can continue their education at Harris Academy. We have also built two brand new play parks, installed numerous Vehicle Activated Speed Signs, made more roads walking and cycling friendly and supported small businesses and community groups financially.
"I look forward to being out on the campaign trail over the coming weeks."
